Fill out this form to apply for a digital only Anderson Public Library card. With a digital only card, Anderson County residents will have access to the many digital resources offered by the library, including OverDrive, NewsBank, Mango Languages, Freegal, and many more.
The digital card will be valid for the entire time the library is not physically accessible due to the Coronavirus crisis. Digital card holders will need to visit the library when it reopens to the public to convert their digital only card into a regular card to still have access to the library's digital resources.
By filling out this form, you agree to observe all the rules established by the library and will be responsible for ALL materials borrowed on your library card. Please allow at least one business day to process the digital library card application. You will be contacted via your email address when the digital card is ready. Digital library cards can only be issued for adult Anderson County residents. If it is found that you already have an account with the library, we will email you with details on your current library card number and reset your PIN number to the one listed in the form.
