Join us at the Anderson Public Library for a brand new program. This one-hour class offers a practice of strengthening, stretching and relaxing. Improved balance, greater mobility, strengthened circulation, deeper breathing, and lessened tension are some of the rewards available from this weekly yoga practice. Beginners are welcome.
Instructor Jenny Howard Owen is a Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) since 2012, who focuses her classes on breathing, safety in alignment, and pose variations for all participants. Wear comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.
The classes are free to attend, but registration is required by clicking here. Please bring your own Yoga mats and blocks if wanted.
