Library Announces New Digital Streaming/eBook Service

The Anderson Public Library is pleased to announce the availability of a new streaming and eBook service for all library members.  Called Hoopla, the new service offers a very wide selection of high quality eBooks, audiobooks, movies, music, comics and TV shows.

What makes Hoopla unique is not just the content selection.  Items borrowed through Hoopla can be enjoyed on a computer, smart phone, tablet, and smart TVs.  There are versions of the Hoopla app available for Apple and Android devices, as well as Roku, FireTv, and ChromeCast.  With these options, movies and TV shows can be enjoyed on large television screens without any hassles.

To start using Hoopla, members of the library will need to first create a Hoopla account by visiting this link.  When creating an account, search for the library via the zip code, 40342.  After creating the account, all members can enjoy up to four titles a month without any need to wait for titles to become available.  Titles can be streamed or downloaded to enjoy at a later time when not connected to the internet.
