Library Announces New Movie Streaming Service

The Anderson Public Library is pleased to announce a new partnership with RBdigital to bring online streaming movie service IndieFlix to members of the library.

IndieFlix brings engaging stories to movie lovers around the world. Members of the library can enjoy free and unlimited access to over 8,000 high-quality shorts, features, documentaries, classic TV shows and Web series from 85 countries. Programming includes comedies, dramas, horror, documentaries, animations, classic TV, short films, and over 40 other channels and genres.

IndieFlix also delivers films from major festivals all over the world, including Sundance, Cannes, and Tribeca. To find movies, members simply search by language, genre or film length, and the “quickpick” feature allows patrons to sample movies like they would sample music.

IndieFlix can be enjoyed on any Internet-enabled computer, smartphone, or tablet with a Web browser, and movies are also available on Roku, Xbox and Apple TV. IndieFlix can be accessed by going to the library’s website here or directly.
