The Anderson Public Library is pleased to announce the resuming of more services as part of the library’s phased reopening plan. Starting May 1st, the Memory Lab and Anderson County Kentucky History Room will be available by appointment only.
The Memory Lab houses a collection of equipment to help transfer analog media like photos and VHS tapes to digital formats. The lab can be reserved by following this link.
The Anderson County Kentucky History Room contains many historical documents, books, microfilm, etc, of Anderson County. To reserve the history room, please call the library at 502-839-6420.
In addition to the resuming of these services, the library will also be extending hours on Saturday to 1-4pm, and visitors will be able to stay at the library for 2 hours a day. All other limitations and safety procedures are in effect as listed here.
