The Anderson Public Library is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its first annual Book Fest in October. The fest will feature a gathering of amazing storytellers offering visitors a great opportunity to meet over thirty Kentucky authors.
Authors from all around the commonwealth, including as far away as Bowling Green, will be attending to share their stories, talk about their work, and sign and sell copies of their books. There will also be many authors from right here in Anderson County including Ann H Gabhart, Karen M Cox, Carolyn Bond, and many more.
The goal of the fest is to promote local authors and help connect readers to books they most likely never knew existed. Authors of many different genres will be present including those who have written Christian inspirational novels, historical stories, memoirs, horror fiction, children’s books, and more. The Book Fest will be held on Saturday, October 19th, from 10am to 2pm. Attendance is free and open to everyone.
