Library to Host Yoga Classes

Join us at the Anderson Public Library for a brand new program.  Local Yoga instructor, Chelsea Agee will be hosting three types of Yoga classes at the library, suited for children through adults.

Chelsea is a certified Yoga instructor from the Lexington Healing Arts Academy and has been teaching Yoga for two years. She is planning on three different Yoga classes, perfect for families, adults, and seniors.

The first set of classes will be geared for adults looking to gain the health benefits of Yoga.  The next set, based on Chair Yoga, will be perfect for seniors or those with mobility limitations.  And finally, the last set will be for a parent and child sets as a Mommy & Me Yoga.

The classes are free to attend, but registration is required by calling the library at (502) 839-6420 as class space is limited.  Please bring your own Yoga mats and blocks if desired.

August 20th & Sept 3rd
6pm – 7pm

Chair Yoga
August 22nd & Sept 5th
6pm – 7pm

Mommy & Me Yoga
August 24th (Parent and child from 0-2 years old)
Sept 7th (Parent and child from 2-5 years old)
10am – 11am
