Coming next month, the Anderson Public Library is proud to announce the availability of a new auto repair database for all those who repair their own vehicles.
Called AutoMate, the new database will be replacing the older Auto Repair Reference Center database and will feature a number of new capabilities. One of the most significant features is the ability to use the database with mobile devices as it is designed for touch-enabled screens. It will also have an intelligent search function to help easily locate information.
The database, which is based on information from automotive experts from MOTOR Information Systems, will also contain a wide variety of documents and lists. From diagnostic trouble codes to comprehensive wiring diagrams, the database will help anyone wanting to repair their own vehicle.
AutoMate will be launching at the Anderson Public Library in July. Check our digital resources page for links to the new database when it launches.
