Over Dozen Artists Display Work at Library

Over a dozen local artists from Anderson County and the region have come together to display their work at the Anderson Public Library.

As part of the continued partnership with the Anderson County Arts Council, the group display features a wide variety of amazing work.  From paintings and pottery to jewelry and photography, the display is a fabulous collection that will inspire many entering the library.  The artists represented in the display are Brad Buntain, Marianne Brown, Daniel Clark, Beth Wood, Tricia Crowe, Shannon Clinton, Robert Cloyd, Katrin Wilson, Cynthia Carr, Terese Webb, Margie Rigney, Matt & Karine Maynard, and Chad Balster.

Visitors to the library will be able to enjoy the display through the month of January when entering the library from the parking lot entrance. A number of photographs are also on display on the walls leading from the foyer area to Community Meeting Room A and the Children’s Activity Room.

The Anderson County Arts Council will also be holding a special reception at the library on Thursday, January 9th, from 4:30pm to 6pm.  Visitors will be able to meet and talk with all the artists.
