Staff Directory​

Our Library Director is an Indiana native and a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Library Science. Her experience in libraries began in middle school where she worked as a library page. During graduate school she worked as a library assistant at her local township library and she began her professional library career as a Children’s and Teen Librarian. Since then she has worked as Head of Outreach, Public Services Manager, and Senior Circulation Manager. After spending 6 years working for a large library system in central Florida she was ready to return to a small community library. She is excited to put her 15 years of library experience to work serving the Anderson County community. She is a self-proclaimed geek who loves Harry Potter, Disney, Star Wars and her 2 Scottish Fold cats. On the weekends you might find her running her horse Jingles at the local barrel race.
