Room Reservations
Anderson Public Library offers a number of meeting rooms available to members of the library to use for community interest events. Meeting rooms are equipped with technology and various forms of accommodations.
Requests to use the meeting rooms must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation, and before 4:00 pm on Friday for reservations on weekends.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, with library-sponsored events taking priority. You can request a room reservation below. You will receive a confirmation message from the library if your reservation request is approved.
A valid Anderson Public Library card that is in good standing is required to reserve rooms.

Anderson Room
Capacity: 32 People
The Anderson Public Library’s Meeting Room A is intended for medium-sized meetings. Multiple tables with chairs are available, along with a large-screen television with A/V hookups.

Sauer Room
Capacity: 96 People
The Anderson Public Library’s Meeting Room B is great for medium to large sized meetings. Multiple tables with chairs are available, along with a kitchenette and large screen TV with A/V hookups.

Bourbon Room
Capacity: 64 People
The Anderson Public Library’s Bourbon Room combines the capacity and amenities of the Saur and Anderson rooms to help accomodate your next meeting or event.
